Legal Sales Consultant

The Sales Consultant will communicate the benefits of the firm in order to drive sales. Sales Consultants serve as the point of contact between a business and its prospective clients. Sales Consultants identify and educate prospective clients on the firm’s offerings while supporting existing clients with information and assistance that relates to services. Sales Consultants also call leads, contact PCs and drive business. Additionally, Sales Consultants support the legal team by returning client phone calls, conducting homework appointments and collecting payments, or other tasks as needed.
$20 - $25 hourly
Responsibilities:- Meet with prospective clients
- Take notes of all interactions
- Advise clients on the options available to them through bankruptcy
- Stay informed of developments in bankruptcy law
- Learn firm services, pricing, and offerings
- Achieve sales goals
- Follow up with leads
- Provide exceptional client service
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Familiarity with the Texas legal system
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Tenacious and driven pursuit of goals
- Commitment to superior client service
- Knowledge of the Bankruptcy Code
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
- Proficient with Google Suite or related software
- Ability to handle adversity with maturity and poise
- At least two years related experience preferred
