This role is to join an organisation as a commercial leader; You will be delivering Sales Geeks products and services, from fractional sales leadership and training to the SME market.
Who are Sales Geek? Established in 2017, Sales Geek is a British born organisation that has created an award-winning business model which will provide you with all the tools and support you need to build a unique and phenomenally successful business to service clients in your chosen area. Since 2023, we have launched to 14 states, from in Florida to Texas, NC to Arizona and to join them we are seeking only the highest standards when it comes to becoming a 'Geek'. We will only accept the top sales professionals who can demonstrate their historical skills and capability as sales leaders
Opportunity description
Hiring a Sales leader is a big deal for any company, particularly for small or medium-sized businesses, it is critical that they get it right. A Sales leaders salary can be prohibitive, particularly if they want the absolute best sales leaders with significant experience and a great track record in sales growth; Usually, the most talented sales professionals end up in large corporate organisations, typically being paid a salary beyond the reach of most businesses. The work you and your franchisees will do will transform your client’s sales operations and the people within it and behind them.
Using our flexible – ‘consume what you need’ – model, you will act as their Sales Director/sales leader. For most businesses, it usually means 1-3 days per month. For others, you could be working with them once a week or more. A typical contract length is 6-12 months and beyond.
