Allstate Debt, is excited to announce the availability of a pivotal position within our team - Sales Floor Manager. This role is designed for a driven and dynamic individual who is passionate about leading and steering a team towards achieving outstanding sales results. As an integral part of our management structure, the position is full-time and based onsite; this is not a remote job opportunity. We are situated in a fast-paced, competitive environment and require a dedicated professional ready to commit to the rigorous demands of the role.

The chosen candidate will be expected to possess strong leadership skills, comprehensive market knowledge, and a powerful drive to foster an environment ripe for growth and success. The Sales Floor Manager will be at the helm of our sales operations, steering both strategy execution and day-to-day activities to secure and expand our market leadership.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Requirements
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
