Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all sales processes, working closely with the SVP Operations to manage branch operations, and overseeing all staff, budgets, and operations of the local business unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, increase revenue, and expand market share.
  • Establish Goals and Targets: Set and achieve sales targets, establish programs to motivate sales teams, and create revenue and expenditure budgets.
  • Account Retention: Develop and implement strategies to retain existing customers, improve customer satisfaction, and increase repeat business.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services, and develop expertise in flooring solutions.
  • Leadership: Supervise and mentor sales managers and warehouse operations managers, provide constructive feedback, and handle employee discipline and termination.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders, and communicate effectively through presentations, reports, and meetings.
  • Operational Management: Oversee daily branch operations, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of operations management experience, with a proven track record of sales growth and team leadership.
  • Skills: Strong business acumen, excellent communication and leadership skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
