Job Overview:

As a Bubble Skincare Community Coordinator, you will be responsible for nurturing our community relationships across various platforms. Your primary goal will be to engage with our community members, foster meaningful relationships, drive brand loyalty through authentic interactions and valuable experiences and content.

Key Responsibilities:

Community Engagement

  • Act as one of the primary points of contact for the Bubble Brand Ambassadors, responding to inquiries, comments, and messages across social media platforms, forums, and other online channels and forums.

  • Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment within the community by encouraging participation, celebrating member achievements, and addressing concerns or issues promptly and effectively.

  • Proactively engage with community members by initiating conversations, sharing relevant content, and soliciting feedback to drive continuous improvement.

  • Review Ambassadors Challenge submissions daily and support weekly challenge ideations.

  • Serve as a thought leader in the community and share best practices, general guidance and brand standards + guidelines with brand ambassadors.

Brand Ambassador Recruitment

  • Proactively develop and implement strategies to recruit brand ambassadors who align with our brand values, target audience, and marketing objectives.

  • Identify and implement recruitment through cross-function efforts across community, retail, social media, PR.

  • Screen and evaluate applicants based on their passion for the brand, communication skills, and ability to represent the company positively. Support Team efforts in accepting and onboarding new brand ambassadors through our community management channels.

Community Advocacy and Relationship Building

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key community influencers, brand ambassadors, and active community members to amplify brand messaging and increase reach and engagement.

  • Empower community members to become brand advocates by providing them with the tools, resources, and support they need to share their love for Bubble Skincare with others.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage user-generated content, education and testimonials in marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

  • Promote company and retailer activation by enrolling community members digitally and physically.

Performance Tracking and Reporting

  • Maintain competitor and industry analysis report in its entirety.

  • Monitor and analyze key metrics related to community engagement, sentiment, and growth, providing regular reports and insights to internal stakeholders.

  • Use data-driven insights to optimize community engagement strategies, identify areas for improvement, and measure the impact of community initiatives on brand awareness and customer loyalty.

Community Planning

  • Collaborate cross functionality to support the development of comprehensive community marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.

  • Identify opportunities for growth within the community channels and develop plans to capitalize on market trends.

  • Support on overall team efforts on event coordination. Provide regular reports and insights to management on the effectiveness of campaigns and recommend adjustments as needed.

  • This position is based in our New York City office, 3 days a week in the office.
