Responsibilities:
1.
Internal Communications:
Under the guidance of the Senior Director of External Engagement and Chief Marketing Officer, execute a comprehensive internal communications strategy to ensure effective communication and engagement among departments, leadership, and staff.
Collaborate with different departments to gather information and content for internal communications materials.

Guest Services Serve as the primary point of contact between the marketing team and Guest Services, ensuring clear and efficient communication flow.
Manage Asphalt Green's public email inboxes and ensure timely and accurate responses to messages and inquiries.
Manage the creation and distribution of emergency communications to members and forward-facing employees regarding unexpected Facilities and program changes.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to understand promotional campaigns, events, and initiatives and effectively communicate them to Guest Service Representatives.
Gather feedback from Guest Service teams regarding customer interactions, inquiries, and frequently asked questions to inform marketing strategies and improve communication materials.

Content Creation and Management:
Assist in creating engaging content for various communication channels, including newsletters, website, social media, and internal platforms.
Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
Coordinate with Marketing team to develop visual assets that complement communication materials.
Manage a master content calendar, ensuring timely delivery and coordination with marketing campaigns, fundraising appeals, and organizational events.
4.
Communications Support:
Monitor and analyze communication metrics and feedback to assess the effectiveness of internal and external communications efforts.
Maintain up-to-date crisis communication materials to support timely and accurate responses.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field is preferred with 4-5 years of work history.
Proficient in using various communication tools, including email marketing platforms, content management systems, and social media management tools.
Familiarity with graphic design principles and basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Knowledge of the Sports and Fitness industry or non-profit sector is desirable but not mandatory.
