ABOUT DIRECTOR OF FACILITIES
The primary responsibility of the Director of Facilities is to manage the repair and maintenance, preventative maintenance, and capital expenditures for our existing restaurants including department policy and procedure.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU MUST
- Effectively manage and direct repair and maintenance for our facilities that meet scope, budget, and schedule.
- Provide insight, direction, and leadership building a facilities department for a growing restaurant group.
- Bring experience and perspective for working with national vendors.
- Provide technical expertise to the field and restaurants.
- Collaborate and communicate timely with area operators regarding projects and activities.
- Communicate with landlords and property managers on necessary repairs.
- Manage remodel and capital expenditures projects for existing stores.
- Perform detailed and scheduled store audits.
- Oversight of equipment and warranty sheet per store.

- 8+ years of Facilities management experience within restaurants or similar applicable experience
- Bachelor’s degree in management, business administration, project management or similar experience in this capacity
- Demonstrate a desire and ability to work with a growth company including designing and building department policy and procedure
- Ability to travel when required
- Self-sufficient and self-motivated to hit timelines
- Deep understanding of technical aspects of R&M associated with high volume restaurant kitchens and MEP
