We provide a convenient and efficient solution that connects contractors with independent technicians who specialize in servicing heavy machinery. By leveraging the power of our app, contractors can easily request service, while technicians can expand their client base and maximize their earning potential.


We are seeking a results-oriented sales professional with a strong passion for customer satisfaction to join our team and help us expand our customer base. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales by promoting our on-demand equipment field service app to contractors. Your main objective will be to build strong relationships, generate leads, close deals, and foster long-term customer loyalty.

Responsibilities:


Sales Development:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • Identify and target potential customers (contractors) through various channels, including cold calling, job site visits, networking events, and referrals.
  • Conduct effective product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our app.
  • Educate customers on the value proposition and advantages of using our platform.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, understanding their needs and providing personalized service.
  • Nurture existing customer accounts to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.


Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Strong network of contacts within the contractor or equipment service industry is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and technicians.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and demonstrate new software applications.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced startup environment.
