Our client, a prominent player in the retail/service industry, is seeking a results-driven and experienced CEO to lead their organization. As the CEO, you will have overall responsibility for the strategic direction, operational performance, and growth of the company. It is imperative that you have experience scaling up a small or start up business, as this is a main focus of our client's.

You will be responsible for developing and executing the company's business plan, identifying new market opportunities, and driving revenue growth. Additionally, you will be in charge of building and leading a high-performing team, maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.

Remote, based in Ohio

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the company's strategic plan to drive business growth and achieve financial targets
  • Identify and capitalize on market opportunities, including expanding the company's product portfolio and entering new geographies
  • Lead and inspire a diverse team, setting clear goals and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability
