Position Overview:
Our client, a leading entity in the retail/service sector, is in search of a dynamic and seasoned Chief Executive Officer to steer their organization. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the strategic vision, operational efficiency, and expansion initiatives of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement the company's strategic roadmap to foster business expansion and meet financial objectives.
  • Identify and leverage market opportunities, including broadening the product range and penetrating new markets.
  • Guide and motivate a diverse workforce, establishing clear objectives and nurturing a culture of creativity, teamwork, and accountability.
  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with key clients, suppliers, and industry collaborators.
  • Ensure adherence to industry regulations and standards, with a strong focus on safety and ethical practices.
  • Supervise the company's financial health, encompassing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Represent the organization at industry gatherings, conferences, and trade exhibitions.
  • Remain informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and technological innovations to drive progress and sustain a competitive advantage.

Qualifications:

  • Significant experience in a leadership capacity within the retail domain.

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with an emphasis on innovation and flexibility.
  • Financial literacy and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Capability to cultivate and sustain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and industry partners.
  • Outstanding problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Salary Range: $175K - $300K PA (Dependent on Experience)
  • Remote work with periodic travel for team engagement.
  • Permanent Position
  • 30-Day Paid Leave
  • 5-Day Work Week
