Job Description:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to conceptualize training design and content.
  • Define learning objectives, course structure, learning content and assessments.
  • Complete detailed analysis of each task to be trained/supported for target audience, business process, and systems.
  • Follow company standards, guidelines, and templates to develop learning materials including student and facilitator presentations and guides, activities, scenarios, and assessments. Create instructional graphics, scenarios, or interactions. Write clear and effective instruction and facilitator text appropriate for the target audience.
  • Conduct meetings with subject matter experts including task analysis, alpha, beta, and answer validation meetings.

  • Lead and oversee the design and production of training programs for utility workers, collaborating with Instructional Designers, Subject Matter Experts, and other Academy team members.
