This role demands a deep understanding of executing B2B marketing strategies that drive key client results such as incremental revenue and profitability, ensuring tactics stay on track, within budget, and achieve the desired outcomes. Location: Memphis, TN hybrid on-site.

Candidates must have 3+ years experience managing client outcomes, demonstrating leadership in executing against marketing plans. B2B experience is required.


Position Overview

The Senior Manager of Client Outcomes serves as a key strategic advisor to internal stakeholders, focusing on how results are achieved within marketing plans. This role is critical in driving the execution of the agency’s results guarantee, which directly impacts client retention, brand reputation, and referrals, all of which fuel the growth of the agency. You will take ownership of the shared efforts and skills that create results for clients, identifying areas for efficiency and innovation. As an expert in data, marketing platforms, and the nuances of executing marketing plans, you will be a vital contributor to the agency’s success.

The team currently consists of full-time creative and social media teams, with plans to expand as the agency grows.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities


  • Uphold the agency’s results guarantee by ensuring that marketing plans are executed effectively on-time and on-budget against the brief..
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute marketing strategies that align with clients' goals.
  • Support the transition from strategy development to execution, ensuring seamless handoffs and consistent delivery.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Monitor and adjust tactics to achieve peak performance, demand generation and optimize ROI using cross-channel marketing. 
  • Ensure the successful delivery of projects while optimizing and balancing team capacity
  • Oversee the tracking and analysis of campaign performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments as necessary to ensure outcomes are on track
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency in marketing execution.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a key strategic advisor.
  • Proven track record of executing B2B marketing strategies that achieve specified outcomes.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage budgets and timelines.
  • Deep understanding of campaign optimization techniques, including PPC, SEO, social media, and email marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other relevant marketing tools.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including the use of pivot tables.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
