Job Title: Senior Manager of Client Outcomes

RedRover Sales & Marketing Strategy is seeking a seasoned Senior Manager of Client Outcomes to join our team. As a key strategic advisor, you will be responsible for driving the execution of our results guarantee, ensuring that marketing plans are executed effectively on-time and on-budget against the brief.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute marketing strategies that align with clients' goals.
  • Support the transition from strategy development to execution, ensuring seamless handoffs and consistent delivery.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Monitor and adjust tactics to achieve peak performance, demand generation, and optimize ROI using cross-channel marketing.
  • Ensure the successful delivery of projects while optimizing and balancing team capacity.
  • Oversee the tracking and analysis of campaign performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments as necessary to ensure outcomes are on track.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency in marketing execution.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a key strategic advisor.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience managing client outcomes, demonstrating leadership in executing against marketing plans.
  • B2B experience is required.
  • Strong project/traffic management skills, with the ability to manage budgets and timelines.
  • Understanding of campaign optimization techniques, including PPC, SEO, social media, and email marketing.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other relevant marketing tools.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including the use of pivot tables.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent follow-through and organization.
