#### Key Responsibilities:
- **Customer Management & Growth**:
- Manage and expand the customer base within a large geographic territory.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to profitably grow the business.
- Achieve revenue targets and KPIs as set by the Sales Director.
- Guide customers in product selection and influence sales towards strategic brands.
- **Sales & Follow-Up**:
- Continuously follow up on assigned quotes to maintain a quote-to-close ratio of 20% or greater.
- Evaluate, monitor, and resolve sales-related issues promptly.
- Participate in construction site meetings as needed for issue resolution.
- **Market Intelligence & Reporting**:
- Collect and share market intelligence and competitor activity information through the company database.
- Provide timely and accurate forecasts on sales projections.
- Generate accurate and timely field reports.
- Participate in industry and promotional events.

#### Qualifications:
- **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**:
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to read and understand equipment operation manuals, Safety Data Sheets, and other required literature.
- Strong mathematical skills.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- **Experience & Education**:
- Outside sales experience is a must.
- Carpentry skills are preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business preferred but not required.
- **Licenses & Willingness to Travel**:
- Valid driver's license is required.
- Willingness to travel 50% of the time is required.
