This full-time, salaried position is a hybrid role based in Manchester, New Hampshire. It's open to candidates in the US who are eligible to work without current or future sponsorship. The salary range is $85,000 to $105,000 annually, depending on skills and expertise.

Your impact:
  • Collaborate with Product managers, development teams, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and timelines.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Create and refine user stories in collaboration with product owners and teams, ensuring clear and actionable requirements for development.
  • Oversee the release management process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of software releases.
  • Coordinate release activities, including versioning, packaging, and deployment, in collaboration with development and operations teams.
  • Work closely with quality assurance teams to plan and execute testing activities, ensuring software meets quality standards before release.
  • Facilitate communication between development and testing teams to address and resolve issues identified during testing phases.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the software delivery lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with teams to implement best practices and streamline delivery processes.


Your Profile:
  • 2-5 years' proven experience in software delivery, release management, or a related role.
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • A strong understanding of software development lifecycles, including Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Have a Certified Scrum Master Certification.
  • Bring knowledge of version control systems and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Are familiar with DevOps practices and tools.
