Software Delivery Specialist

As a Software Delivery Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of software solutions to our clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, quality assurance, and project managers, to facilitate the end-to-end delivery process. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software development lifecycles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality software on time.
This full-time, salaried position is a hybrid role based in Manchester, New Hampshire. It's open to candidates in the US who are eligible to work without current or future sponsorship. The salary range is $85,000 to $105,000 annually, depending on skills and expertise.

Your impact:
- Collaborate with Product managers, development teams, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and timelines.
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Create and refine user stories in collaboration with product owners and teams, ensuring clear and actionable requirements for development.
- Oversee the release management process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of software releases.
- Coordinate release activities, including versioning, packaging, and deployment, in collaboration with development and operations teams.
- Work closely with quality assurance teams to plan and execute testing activities, ensuring software meets quality standards before release.
- Facilitate communication between development and testing teams to address and resolve issues identified during testing phases.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the software delivery lifecycle.
- Collaborate with teams to implement best practices and streamline delivery processes.
- 2-5 years' proven experience in software delivery, release management, or a related role.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- A strong understanding of software development lifecycles, including Agile methodologies.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Have a Certified Scrum Master Certification.
- Bring knowledge of version control systems and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Are familiar with DevOps practices and tools.
