Job Summary

RxSight, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Training Specialist to join our team. As a Clinical Training Specialist, you will be responsible for providing training and support to physicians and staff on RxSight products and technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training and support to physicians and staff on RxSight products and technology, ensuring they are fully equipped to utilize our solutions effectively.
  • Customer Site Preparation: Ensure that customer sites are adequately prepared and trained on RxSight technology, guaranteeing seamless integration and optimal results.
  • Onboarding and Training Management: Oversee the onboarding and training activities for customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Clinical Support: Monitor and support clinical efforts at customer sites and clinical study sites, providing expert guidance and assistance as needed.
  • Customer Complaint Handling: Assist with customer complaint-handling and management, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Program Evaluation: Conduct audits of the effectiveness of the Clinical Training program, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
  • Compliance and Data Management: Support clinical data collection and compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Global Events: Attend and support global trade shows, meetings, and conferences when required, representing RxSight and promoting our products and technology.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with physicians, staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Clinical Experience: Have significant clinical experience in the ophthalmic industry, with a strong understanding of medical devices and technology.
  • Travel Requirements: Be able to travel up to ~75% of the time, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Education: Hold a BSc Optometry, Master of Optometry, and/or BA/BS degree, with certificates in vision sciences highly desirable.
  • Technical Skills: Possess strong experience with manifest refractions and a solid understanding of clinical data management.
Compensation

The salary for this position is $90,000 - $125,000, commensurate with experience.
