Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced roofer to join our team at Master Roofers, LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing and replacing residential and commercial roofs, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Roof Installation and Repair: Install and repair various types of roofs, including shingles, modified bitumen, metal, foams, slate, tiles, drains, gutters, edgings, downspouts, and heat tapes.
  • Roof Maintenance: Clean roof surfaces and gutters of debris, and perform essential roofing job activities such as heavy lifting, twisting, bending, and climbing ladders and/or scaffolding.
  • Customer Communication: Communicate articulately with customers to develop rapport and provide excellent customer service.
  • Inspections and Estimates: Conduct inspections and provide a complete scope of work for potential repairs and/or replacements, and prepare material and time cost estimates.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 4 years of roofing experience.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of roofing processes and techniques, ability to travel, and valid driver's license with clean driving record.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to safely walk long distances, climb stairs, and lift heavy objects, and excellent physical fitness.
  • Software Skills: Familiarity with tablets, Apple iPads (iPadOS), and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
