Job DescriptionPresident - Construction (Civil / Infrastructure / Federal / Municipal)

The President - Construction is responsible for the overall leadership and management of the entire operation. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading and managing a large construction team, as well as a deep understanding of the civil, infrastructure, federal, and municipal construction industries.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the construction division, including all aspects of project planning, design, and execution
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the construction division
  • Oversee the development of budgets and financial plans for the construction division
  • Manage all aspects of the construction process, including hiring and managing staff, scheduling and budgeting projects, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Work with clients and stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met
  • Resolve any construction issues or problems that arise
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field
  • 15+ years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on civil, infrastructure, federal, or municipal construction
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction software
