If you're a Patient Care Coordinator looking for a new opportunity to work in a fast-paced, professional environment where your talent contributes to changing people's lives, then we want to talk to you. This position requires collaborating with physicians, other medical providers, and patients by providing expert care and service for fertility treatments.

We have an immediate opening for a full-time Patient Care Coordinator to join our Bethesda, MD office. The schedule is working Monday-Friday from 7am - 4pm. You will also be required to work 1 weekend per month and 1 holiday annually.

How You'll Contribute:

We always do whatever it takes, even if it isn't specifically our "job." In general, the Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for:

Responsibilities include:

  • Assists with theclinical care of fertility patients
  • Provides patient/couple counseling, procedure teaching, communicates physician orders and instructions
  • Provides pre and post-op education
  • Establishes a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and patients' families
  • Works independently to assure the program goals are achieved
  • Support and promote excellence in customer service


What You'll Bring:

The skills and education we need are:

  • High School diploma; Associates degree preferred
  • Phlebotomy skills a plus
  • Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail, demonstrated ability to follow-through, and high degree of comfort with computer applications, accuracy and speed with data entry is required
  • Minimum of one year of prior experience in healthcare and familiarity with medical terminology
