Reporting to the Director of Information Systems, the Office Manager oversees the contracting, requisitioning and invoicing responsibilities for system vendors.   He or she is also responsible for supporting the administrative needs of the department and the Information Systems management team.   The office manager will provide a supporting role ensuring that the IS department has the policies and procedures necessary to comply with IT standards per the Joint Commission, State and Federal requirements. 

Minimum Qualifications

?   Education

?   Minimum of an Associates degree required, Bachelors Degree strongly preferred.

?   Coursework in business, administration, or related field strongly preferred.

?   Experience

?   3 - 5 years of experience in a high-level administrative role required.

?   Previous experience supporting a VP-level position strongly preferred.

?   Licensure and/or Certification

?   None required

?   Skills

?   Bookkeeping or accounting, and general secretarial skills required.

?   Works accurately and has extreme attention to detail.

?   Must have a strong knowledge of basic Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

?   Ability to work independently.

?   Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills are required.

?   Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

?   Must be able to maintain confidential information.
