Responsibilities:

  • The individual, department, and company revenue and profit goals will be supported by the execution of customer-focused sales strategies.
  • Prospecting, selling, and closing new business within the clients corporate global moving services line.
  • Managing the customer sales cycle, which includes customer communication, customer satisfaction and quality control efforts.
  • Coordination of customer services with the clients branch and/or corporate employees, and knowledge and understanding of world affairs.
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of relocation services, as well as the problems and requirements of clients.
  • Behaving in a way that guarantees maximum client satisfaction and client retention.
  • Utilises social media and technology to promote the clients services.

Requirements and qualifications:

  • A background in working within the Moving & Relocation sector.
  • Ideally 5+ years of expertise in business development and B2B sales.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding financial and business acumen.
  • Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to effectively develop and maintain working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
