Pay Rate of the Production Supervisor:
$34-36/hour
Summary
- Supervising a team of individual contributors working in a manufacturing department supporting processes to produce GMP regulated products.
- The Supervisor is responsible for day-to-day management and performance of the production floor resources to meet company goals related to safety, quality, labor efficiency, continuous improvement and production targets assigned to their respective areas.
- Training and coaching of production staff through Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), cGMPs, technical experience, and continuous improvement.
- Assist and contribute to the following programs as necessary:
- 5s program
- Non-Conformance Management NCM
- Corrective Action Preventative Action CAPA
- Root Cause Investigations
- Continuous Improvement
Requirements of the Production Supervisor:
- High School degree or equivalent, required.
- Associate or Bachelors Degree in science related discipline, preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in regulated manufacturing environment, preferably in pharmaceutical or medical device industries.
- 2+ years of supervisory/leadership experience, strongly preferred.
