Well-known Minnesota company is looking for a new 3rd Shift Supervisor to work closely with their outgoing 3rd Shift Foreman, and fully take over the position once the current person retires. This company offers long-term stability, both in the longevity of the company and the tenure of its leadership.

The 3rd Shift Supervisor coordinates and supervises activities of workers engaged in keeping equipment, machinery and work areas in clean and orderly condition in compliance with HAACP standards. This includes inspecting equipment for conformity to federal and state sanitation laws and plant standards, supervising crew and purchasing and maintaining records of cleaning chemicals and related products.


Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role, ideally in a sanitation/production environment
- Strong knowledge of sanitation and production management principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of food industry standards and practices
- Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team of employees
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Compensation will be based on candidate qualifications, and starting salary will range between $65-70,000/year, with a potential annual bonus of up to 10% and a competitive benefits package.
