The Role

Lectric Ebikes LLC is a rapidly growing company in the electric bicycle industry, committed to delivering high-quality, affordable, and innovative e-bikes. We are dedicated to sustainability, customer satisfaction, and expanding the accessibility of electric transportation.

The Director of Sales and Strategic Partnerships will grow our partnerships with national and local retailers. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in sales management, strategic thinking, and partnership development.


Essential Functions for this Role:

  • Sales Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Lead, mentor, and manage a cross-functional team to operational efficiency and successful outcomes.

  • Strategic Partnerships: Oversight and management of current strategic partnerships to maximize expansion, revenue, and operational efficiencies. Identify, develop, and collaborate with partners to create mutually beneficial programs, initiatives while negotiating partnership agreements. Strong management and business development mindset to utilize and maximize partnerships with brokers, agencies, and retailers.

  • Market Expansion: Utilizing data and out of the box thinking to develop and execute plans to enter new markets and expand existing market share and conduct market research to identify the potential areas for growth. Using existing and future partnerships to replicate and continue determining intelligent growth strategies.

  • Sales Operations: Oversee the sales operations, including forecasting, budgeting, and reporting. Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular updates to senior management.


Ideal Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in business strategy, high level account management, strategic partnerships, and experience in the bike industry.

  • Proven track record of managing and prioritizing complex partnerships, projects, operations, and delivering vision-driven results in a high-stakes environment.

  • Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills and able to pull clear and actionable insights out of complex data.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships at all levels of the organization and externally.

  • Demonstrated ability to work closely with partners and executive-level leadership with a high level of discretion and professionalism.

  • Flexibility and resilience with the ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing

Physical Demands:

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers and filing cabinets. The team member frequently communicates with internal team members, investors and vendors. Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery such as a copy machine and printer. Occasionally moves items up to 50 lbs. for various projects.
