Summary:
This is an organization that oversees a standardized test used for admissions into graduate business programs. It provides resources and research for business schools and prospective students. They also develop tools and platforms to help schools assess applicants and improve the admissions process, focusing on enhancing the quality of business education globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as project manager for C&E initiatives including planning and management of project and events timelines.
- Develop and manage registration processes for all events including building of online registration systems, liaising with accounting and finance to determine registration tax requirements, track payments and manage A/R collections, liaising with governance on matters related to member conference attendance and evaluating registration processes and developing and implementing plans for improvement.
- Serve as primary point of contact for customer service for event registration, including developing and implementing customer care processes, monitoring registration, and managing criteria for event registration and attendance.
- In coordination with the C&E Director, develop and execute plans for event logistics (virtual and in person) including day of/onsite registration, attendee communication, meeting planning, facility liaison, shipping, day of/onsite event execution and post event evaluation.
- Manage the logistic execution of marketing and promotional plans for C&E programs and events, including developing and managing timelines, liaising with marketing operations to execute event promotion, and production of program collateral material.
- In coordination with the C&E Associate Manager, develop and execute plans for onsite attendee engagement, including conference app building and maintenance, gamification and app usage, monitoring and analyzing results and developing recommendations for future planning.
- Prepare post event evaluations, analyze and report results with recommendations for enhancement of future events.
- Manage exhibit and sponsorship deliverables including registration payment and processing, booth logistics, exhibitor communication, and onsite exhibitor services.
- Maintain C&E webpages, including evaluating and updating content, and managing timelines and contractors as needed.
- Project manage logistics for ICAM including but not limited to booth production, pre/post event communication, and the identification and shipment of collateral/resources.
- Process payment invoices, contract and record maintenance, travel reimbursements and provide other administrative support as needed.
- Master the use and integration of internal systems, including CRM, GDAT, C-Vent, Trello, SharePoint and PowerBI, WebEx, Zoom, etc.
- Other responsibilities and duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Must have a college degree.
- Looking for someone with 2-3 years of experience in registration and event management, specifically for corporate events and conferences.
- Experience with Cvent is highly preferred, as it’s used for all registrations.
- This organization is high-performing, so we need a candidate with strong communication and customer service skills, who can meet deadlines effectively.
