Join our dynamic team at the ground level as a Business Development Manager and be the face of our insurance brokerage, evaluating customer needs, setting appointments, and learning how to become a licensed agent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard new clients and manage relationships using Salesforce.
- Assist with insurance applications, billing, and document management.
- Issue Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and support licensed brokers.
- Coordinate marketing efforts via email platforms like SmartLead.
- Provide first-line support for client inquiries.
What You Bring:
- Experience with Salesforce, Excel, and email marketing tools.
- Experience with sales or appointment-setting, preferably business-to-business
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and clients simultaneously.
- Eagerness to grow – we support CSR licensing
