Join our dynamic team at the ground level as a Business Development Manager and be the face of our insurance brokerage, evaluating customer needs, setting appointments, and learning how to become a licensed agent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new clients and manage relationships using Salesforce.
  • Assist with insurance applications, billing, and document management.
  • Issue Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and support licensed brokers.
  • Coordinate marketing efforts via email platforms like SmartLead.
  • Provide first-line support for client inquiries.

What You Bring:

  • Experience with Salesforce, Excel, and email marketing tools.
  • Experience with sales or appointment-setting, preferably business-to-business
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and clients simultaneously.
