Human Resource Specialist with Security Clearance

Core Duties:
• Conduct analysis of workforce structure and position descriptions
• Coordinate revision and streamlining of OIA position descriptions based off of workforce analysis
• Support PSO in implementing changes to organizational structure
• Support PSO efforts to integrate new organizational structure with performance management strategy Travel Requirements 0 - 10% Salary Grade Job Requirements Requirements :
• Minimum 5-7 years' experience
• Experience in workforce analysis
• Experience in strategic workforce planning
• Experience/knowledge of federal position descriptions
• Knowledge of federal employment regulations
• Experienced using standard office suite, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to work under deadline pressure, handle stress, and deliver professional results.
• Self-motivated.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
