They ensure a cohesive brand image and optimize engagement by coordinating end-to-end campaigns across various channels. Their expertise in project management navigates the complexities of marketing initiatives. Responsibilities include crafting compelling content for presentations, ads, and online platforms, conducting market research, enforcing brand guidelines, engaging in digital marketing, and aligning strategies with business goals.

The Senior Marketing Specialist will participate in event coordination, analytics & reporting, including sales calls and onsite events; aims to boost brand visibility, and generate leads. They adeptly manage multiple projects, navigate campaign complexities, and strategically contribute to all aspects of marketing. Serving as a leader in project management, they reinforce the brand's market position and contribute significantly to brand awareness, patient engagement, and business growth.

ESSENTIAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. While it does not encompass all job requirements, it is meant to give you a solid understanding of expectations.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field strongly preferred
  • 5-7+ years of marketing and project management experience, demonstrating successful strategy development and campaign execution
  • Ability to work in the Walnut Creek office 4 days a week
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, SendGrid, Microsoft Office Suite, and Webflow
  • Experience with SharePoint, Salesforce and Canva
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM strategies for improving online visibility and driving organic traffic
  • Experience in paid digital advertising
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills and a wide degree of creativity
  • Strong understanding of various marketing channels: digital, social media, email, and traditional
  • Experience in coordinating end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Industry experience a plus
  • Valid driver’s license and ability for local travel, including occasional overnight travel
