Nurse Supervisor

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Resident Services Supervisor to join our team at Atria Senior Living. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care and services for our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Resident Services Director in implementing resident services programs and department functions.
- Establish and maintain a medication system that adheres to local, federal, and company regulations and procedures.
- Complete daily Quality Enhancement reviews to ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies.
- Provide training and orientation to new staff members and ongoing training and development to current staff members.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, department heads, and executive director.
- Perform assessments and reassessments to determine resident needs and service plan recommendations.
- Prioritize tasks to ensure optimal services to residents.
- Look for ways to improve and promote quality, reporting any safety or quality issues to the RSD or Executive Director.
Requirements:
- Licensed RN/LPN/LVN.
- Basic First Aid and CPR certification as required.
- Must successfully complete all Atria specified training programs.
- Must complete all state required training to maintain licensure or certification.
- Management experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a team setting and provide strong customer service.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Able to clearly communicate in English.
- Must be able to perform simple calculations.
- Able to work flexible hours due to the demands of the position.
- Position requires driving responsibilities.
