Position Overview: Citadel is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. The Recruiting Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Communicate with candidates to provide necessary information, schedule interviews, and gather feedback.
  • Manage candidate correspondence and ensure timely follow-up throughout the recruitment process.
  • Update and maintain candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other databases.
  • Assist with the coordination of recruitment events, including career fairs, information sessions, and networking events.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure alignment on candidate profiles, job requirements, and recruitment timelines.
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed, including data entry, file management, and reporting.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited institution, preferably from a highly regarded school.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.5 preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of full-time work experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, or related role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and customer-focused demeanor.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
