Job Function Summary:
The VA Territory Sales Manager is responsible for meeting sales goals within their territory through a variety of selling activities, such as building strong business relationships with key decision-makers, conducting product in-services, increasing market share, and driving sales growth. You’ll also represent the company and showcase products at events like AUA meetings, trade shows, SGSU, PVA, and VA Education Days. The focus of this role is on selling and supporting bladder and bowel management products to key customers in Rehab, PT/OT, Urology, and Supply (Pharmacy and Prosthetics) departments.
In this position, you’ll work closely with Territory Managers and Regional Sales Directors in the Northwest region. The primary territory includes Oregon, Washington, Colorado, and Utah, with additional coverage in Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, and Alaska, requiring frequent overnight travel. While Seattle, WA is an important hub, candidates may also be based in other major cities such as Portland, Denver, or Salt Lake City.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 5 years of successful sales experience in the medical field strongly preferred
- Successful sales experience within the VA Health System
- Willingness and ability to travel, including overnight – 50% travel
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: $90k
- Commission: $65k at 100% to plan
- OTE: $150k-$160k+ as overachievement is expected
