Our client, a leading company based in Portland, OR, is seeking a talented Inventory Support Analyst to join their growing team. In this hybrid/onsite role (with travel required between branches in OR and WA), you'll play a key role in streamlining warehouse operations and developing strategic inventory solutions.

What you'll do:

  • Design and implement comprehensive inventory reporting systems across all branches and the company as a whole.
  • Collaborate with the Purchasing Director on various projects, including centralization, deadstock reduction, and supply chain SOP development.
  • Analyze inventory data, identify trends, and recommend strategies for improvement.
  • Resolve discrepancies between inventory levels, revenue figures, and purchase orders.
  • Conduct in-depth research on inventory-related issues, trends, and solutions.
  • Attend industry meetings, participate in software implementation calls, and visit remote branches for on-site assessments.
  • Foster strong collaboration with team members across different departments.

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in a supply chain role.
  • Proven data analysis skills and experience working with spreadsheets, databases, and ERP systems.
  • A strong understanding of demand planning principles.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present complex information.
  • A collaborative and results-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in NetSuite and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel between branches as needed.
