Role: Head of Americas

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with business objectives and market opportunities.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals and ensuring alignment with overall company strategy.
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with key stakeholders, and expand our client base across diverse industries.
- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by implementing effective sales tactics, managing the sales pipeline, and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Client Engagement: Foster strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Analytics & Reporting: Utilize data-driven insights to monitor sales performance, forecast trends, and adjust strategies as needed. Provide regular reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within the SaaS or cybersecurity industry.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Deep understanding of AI and machine learning applications in cybersecurity is highly desirable.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to adapt and thrive in an early stage, fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Maths is preferred.
