About the Role

We're seeking an exceptional Head of Provider Sales to join our team and drive our mission forward. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for scaling our revenue by building and managing a high-performing sales team. You'll work closely with our Co-founder/COO to develop and execute strategic sales plans, leveraging data and insights to inform your approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of Provider Partnership Managers to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and implement performance management processes to drive team success
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to execute new initiatives and drive sales performance
  • Work with leadership to set strategic sales goals and align with overall business objectives
