About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to spearhead our expansion into the US market. As Head of Sales USA, you will be responsible for building and growing our sales team from scratch, acquiring major clients, and establishing PROBIS as a key player in the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to land high-profile clients in the US real estate market.
  • Leverage the vast network of our partner JLL to open doors and close deals.
  • Form, lead, and scale a top-performing sales team, while collaborating with our global teams.
  • Own the US market expansion and report directly to the founders.
Requirements
  • Sales leadership experience in SaaS, PropTech, or FinTech.
  • A go-getter mindset with a proven track record of turning cold leads into signed contracts.
  • A deep understanding of the US real estate landscape and a well-established book of contacts.
  • Global thinking with the ability to operate on a global scale.
  • Growth-driven with a hunger for more clients, deals, and growth.
