24 Hour Facility Maintenance Group is a one-stop full service company specialization in preventative maintenance and emergency services in the New York and Florida area.


Responsibilities

  • An essential member of the team that assists in fostering vendor relation services, building and/or enhancing relationships with current and potential vendors
  • Negotiate with vendors within wide market areas, in conjunction with the needs of the Company, Operations, the Commodities departments and the Clients.
  • Responsible for sourcing, coordinating, and retaining key strategic relationships with vendors that supply services
  • Coordinator will ensure that vendors meet or exceed their obligations with client by delivering quality services on time and at client’s expectations
  • Identifies, analyzes, and corrects problems with cost and quality by alerting vendors of problems or discrepancies and negotiating solutions without compromising relationships
  • Provide escalation support with Customer Service
  • Develop dashboards to track and manage overall service network health
  • Continually keep Procurement, Operations and Management fully informed of all important vendor activities, including being sensitive to potential vendor problems and informing the respective departments when there is a need to rebid
  • Prepare monthly vendor issue reports to Operations and coordinate with commodity supervisors on follow up actions
  • Looking to dedicate supervision to the Service Support team
  • Regularly supply training of Vendor relationship skills to all existing and new subcontractors
  • Keep vendor profiles updated to include contact information, address changes, rates, and coverage areas
  • Follow up with vendors who have not processed invoices and paperwork in a timely manner
  • Serve as the escalation point for vendor disputes
  • Perform other duties as assigned and work well in a team


Qualifications

  • Self-starter

  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent customer service/conflict resolution/follow-up skills
  • Bachelor’s degree and formal education in relevant disciplines (Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics or relevant degreed)
  • 5+ years related experience in technology management, customer relationship management and staff management
  • 5+ years conflict resolution and retention experience
  • Strong sourcing Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Intermediate knowledge of Mac OS experience
  • Strong negotiation, management, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • The ability to multitask effectively and work well with office co-workers under pressure.


Salary: From $20.00 - $25.00 per Hour Depending on Experience


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends
  • Overtime
