About the Job:

The Facilities Project Coordinator will report to the Managing Director of Facilities and will fulfill various duties and responsibilities. He or she should be able to work closely with the Managing Director of Facilities and Project Managers to create comprehensive action plans, budgets and timeframes for getting projects done in a timely manner within set deadlines. Reviews coordinated maintenance on locations ordered by the Facilities Help Desk and other staff members. Handle special projects as determined by the Managing Director of Facilities.

What You Will Do:

  • Obtain quotes, prepare reports from various vendors and suppliers for potential savings to the Bank on Occupancy Expenses and or repairs to assets (buildings, parking lots, equipment, and ORE’s).
  • Attends project design meeting(s) and propose improvements if necessary.
  • Manages project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary material are current, properly filed, stored along with the processing of Purchase Orders, and the payment of Invoices.
  • Administers on-going and critical support to various business units throughout the organization to provide emergency and routine maintenance, purchase order requests and monitors these requests using internal operating systems.
  • Coordinates and monitors activities of contracted Major Vendors and or Suppliers for Facilities Department with the Bank’s Vendor Management Department.
  • Coordinates with the Asset Manager on Tracking Occupancy Expenses for the banks properties to assist Upper Management with the development of upcoming years Budgets.
  • Oversees the Capital Expense Projects on all locations and partners with Managing Director of Facilities or other Facilities Project Managers.
  • Serves as a primary point of contact for after hours, emergency maintenance work orders for all business units and bank assets.
  • Coordinates and manages all information and records on Bank ATM/ITM and TCRs fleet.
  • Coordinates work flow of Managing Director of Facilities.
  • Complete other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Associates or Bachelors degree or equivalent in business or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Project Management Experience.
