Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager (Huntress) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be eloquent, professional, and experienced, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills. They should possess a natural ability to network, perform business development activities, and generate their pipeline of opportunities. Additionally, the candidate should be creative, proactive, and able to host events, lunch and learns, and other networking opportunities to generate leads that convert into sales calls.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Generate and maintain a pipeline of leads through networking, outreach, and creative lead-generation strategies.
  • Conduct sales calls and meetings with prospective clients to understand their styling needs and present our services as solutions.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track and manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience from lead generation to post-sale support.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand the professional network and identify new business opportunities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential areas for growth.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum close rate of 30%.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in the fashion industry or personal styling services is a plus.
