The Process Enablement Manager is responsible for enhancing and optimizing business processes through the effective use of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Workfront. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of business process improvement, technical configuration, and integration of these platforms. The Process Enablement Manager will work closely with various stakeholders to streamline workflows, ensure seamless platform configuration, and drive efficiency and productivity across the organization.



Job Responsibilities:

1. Process Optimization: Identify, design, and implement business process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, leveraging the capabilities of AEM and Workfront.

2. Platform Configuration: Configure and maintain Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Workfront to meet business requirements, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.

3. Integration Management: Oversee the integration of AEM and Workfront with other enterprise systems and tools, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and operations, to gather requirements, provide solutions, and ensure alignment with business goals.

5. Technical Support: Provide technical expertise and support for AEM and Workfront users, troubleshooting issues and ensuring timely resolution.

6. Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs and documentation to educate users on best practices for using AEM and Workfront, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

7. Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of process improvements and platform configurations, making adjustments as needed.

8. Innovation and Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in process enablement and digital asset management, recommending and implementing new solutions to enhance business processes.

9. Compliance and Security: Ensure that all processes and configurations comply with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards, maintaining the security and privacy of data.

10. Project Management: Lead and manage projects related to process improvement and platform configuration, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.


• Proficiency in Marketing Automation Platforms and Software

• Expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and Adobe Workfront

• 5+ years of experience in process enablement, business process improvement, or a related field, with specific expertise in Adobe Experience Manager and Workfront.

• Proven track record of successfully configuring and optimizing AEM and Workfront to meet business needs.

• Strong understanding of digital asset management, workflow automation, and integration best practices.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business processes and technical configurations.

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional projects and manage multiple priorities.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

• Proficiency in data analysis and performance monitoring to drive continuous improvement.

• Knowledge of compliance and security standards related to digital asset management and process enablement.
