Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Implement Sales Enablement Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement sales enablement strategies that align with our business objectives.
  2. Design and Deliver Sales Training Programs: Develop and deliver sales training programs that equip our sales teams with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the market.
  3. Manage Sales Enablement Content: Oversee the development, maintenance, and distribution of sales enablement content, including sales collateral, presentations, and other materials.
  4. Measure and Analyze Sales Performance: Develop and implement metrics to measure sales performance and provide insights to inform sales enablement strategies.
  5. Collaborate with Sales Teams: Work closely with sales teams to understand their needs and develop sales enablement programs that meet those needs.
Requirements
  1. Proven Sales Enablement Experience: Minimum 12-24 years of experience in sales enablement, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue.
  2. Strong Business Acumen: Excellent understanding of sales processes, sales methodologies, and sales technologies.
  3. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with sales teams, cross-functional teams, and executive stakeholders.
  4. Strong Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  5. Experience with Salesforce CRM: Experience with Salesforce CRM, including configuration, customization, and data analysis.
