Our recruiting firm is helping one of our IT Solutions providers hire a Sales Account Executive.


This is a great opportunity to join a a stable IT products and services company that is a leader in it's space. They provide some of the most “need to have” solutions to their clients. Top salespeople will make six figures by year 2-3 and their experienced salespeople make $200k-$300k per year.


Job Responsibilities Include:


  • Develop and close a pipeline through traditional consultative sales activities (prospecting, conducting discovery calls, demonstrating how your solutions can solve problems, proposal negotiations, closing)
  • Manage sales cycles with various channel resellers
  • Establish relationships with and close new accounts while maintaining relationships with recurring clients
  • Reliable weekly, monthly, and quarterly pipeline and forecast management
  • Consistently exceed quarterly and annual revenue objectives
  • Work well with internal partners at the company and other team members.


Required Skills and Experience:


  • Collaborative, team player who can adapt to a fast-paced ever-changing environment
  • Proven closing business with an average deal size in the six figures and above
  • 2+ years of experience selling products in a phone intensive high volume selling environment
  • Strong relationship builder as a trusted advisor to clients
  • Consistent track record of exceeding annual quotas
  • Ability to sell by finding the right stakeholders and effectively bringing them through the sales process to make a timely buying decision.
  • Self-motivated, driven with leadership qualities
  • Open to feedback and coaching
  • Certified in a formal sales training program is preferred
