ExecuSource has partnered with a reputable energy company in the search for a part-time Office Admin at their Alpharetta, GA location. The schedule will be in office, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 8am-5pm. This candidate must have previous administrative office experience and able to be organized, efficient, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.


This position will be an ongoing, long term contract.

What you get to do:

Appointment Management:

  • Schedule and oversee appointments for executives and team members.
  • Coordinate and confirm meeting logistics, ensuring all necessary resources are prepared and available.

Meeting Coordination:

  • Organize and facilitate lunch meetings, including catering arrangements.
  • Manage and maintain office files, both physical and digital, ensuring they are easily accessible and up-to-date.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other necessary documents.

Vendor Management:

  • Set up and approve vendor invoices for office services.
  • Order Siemens Energy branded merchandise for office use and ensure timely delivery.

Office Management:

  • Ensure the office is well-stocked with necessary supplies and maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Act as the primary liaison with building management for any maintenance or service needs related to the office space.


What you need to succeed:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
