Tradeshow Coordinator/Event Coordinator

Job Description & Responsibilities :

Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, this position is responsible for management of industry tradeshows; customer-facing and internal corporate events; employee and corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs.

This individual will collaborate with internal teams, industry partners and vendors to develop, plan and execute annual industry tradeshow schedule, small events, and employee programs to accomplish organizational objectives, drive new sales opportunities, support customer and employee, and give back to the community.

Proactively work with marketing team to research and recommend tradeshows/conference participation and at what level (attend only, exhibit, sponsor), speaking opportunities and industry association memberships; create annual tradeshow schedule

Manage all pre-planning and execution logistics for tradeshows including:

o Conduct strategy meetings with execution timelines and decisions needed

o Continually maintain master tradeshow execution details spreadsheet and all related files in centrally accessible digital location

o Interface with event organizers, venues and vendors to support events/meetings and negotiate cost savings
