Job Title: Executive Assistant and Office Manager

Job Summary

This role offers you the chance to become a key member of our team. Your contributions will be essential in two main areas. In your role as Office Manager, you will be the driving force behind our office operations, overseeing logistics and planning engaging events that cultivate a positive employee experience and a vibrant, collaborative culture. As an Executive Assistant, you will be instrumental in providing cross-functional support, coordinating travel, and organizing team-building activities. Your work will directly contribute to the efficiency and success of our leadership team.


Duties/Responsibilities

Office Management:

  • Manage the front desk, greeting guests with a warm and professional welcome.
  • Ensure a well-organized, tidy, and inviting office space, including common areas and kitchen.
  • Take charge of any office-related issues or repairs, ensuring a smooth and efficient office environment.
  • Plan and coordinate company-wide events, team-building activities, and off-sites to foster a collaborative culture.
  • Coordinate travel and accommodation for employees visiting HQ.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts and overseeing service agreements.


Executive Assistant:

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including cross-functional and external stakeholders.
  • Handle travel arrangements and logistics for the leadership team
  • Lead and manage special projects, providing research, analysis, and administrative support.


Education and Experience

  • 5+ years of experience as an Office Manager or Executive Assistant.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, with a “can-do” attitude and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with C-level executives and external partners

Compensation

  • The base salary range is $80,000 to $100,000. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
  • Performance-based bonuses are tied to individual and company performance.

  • Restricted stock or stock option grants, subject to company policies and performance.
