Office Assistant

Job title: Office Assistant
Location: Sunnyvale, CA
Pay: $19-20.91/hour
Type: Contract
Responsibilities:
- Draft and distribute tenant notices, and act as a point of contact for both internal and external vendors.
- Office Management: Oversee office supplies and equipment, request vendor quotes as necessary, and manage the front desk organization.
- Handle incoming calls and direct messages appropriately.
- File Maintenance: Organize, update, and maintain company files.
- Help monitor adherence to Community Policies and House Rules.
- Assist residents with work orders, keep a log of work orders, ensure their completion, and follow up to confirm resident satisfaction.
- Aid in the application process for new residents.
- Alert the appropriate emergency or management personnel during building emergencies (e.g., floods, fires, riots), and stay familiar with emergency evacuation procedures and building systems (e.g., elevator, water shut-off, gas shut-off).
- Participate in in-house and offsite training sessions and company events as needed.

- At least a year of experience in administration or office support
- Prior experience in real estate or property management a plus
