Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales and Marketing Consultant at Vista Winds, your duties include:
- Lead Generation: Be at the forefront of generating and documenting qualified leads.
- Community Engagement: Conduct on-site sales meetings, tours, events, and outreach to referral groups and influencers to promote our community.
- Occupancy Growth: Utilize a consultative sales approach in your interactions with current and prospective residents.
- Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about competitor pricing, programs, and market trends.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with all on-site departments to support sales and marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (College education with a focus on marketing or public relations preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of two years of experience in apartment or retirement housing leasing and sales marketing.
- Skills: Proven sales and marketing experience, excellent communication skills, organizational prowess, and a passion for cultivating relationships, particularly with seniors.
- Flexibility: Ability to work one weekend day as needed and occasional evenings.
- Tech Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new applications. Previous knowledge of a client relationship management tool is advantageous.
