Location: Onsite in San Jose, CA- 5 days a week in office


About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Digital Campaign Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team at a leading biotech company. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting demand-generation initiatives across core verticals/market areas. This includes owning the tactical execution of campaigns and managing a portfolio of account-based and inbound marketing programs.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand market needs and communicate the effectiveness of marketing programs. With minimal guidance, you'll plan and execute campaigns that align with our overall marketing strategy, ensuring optimal performance and measurable results.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute end-to-end digital campaigns while maintaining cohesive automated workflows.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers, products, and the buyer’s journey across multiple markets.
  • Implement direct marketing campaigns targeting new prospects and current customers to improve acquisition and retention.
  • Collaborate with specialists in marketing automation, CRM, and web management to report on campaign performance across the customer journey.
  • Work with data analysts to assess and optimize marketing automation performance.
  • Oversee campaign framework, lead routing, list uploads, and data management between sales and marketing systems.
  • Develop and manage Google Ads campaigns and monitor vendor relationships.
  • This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in biological science with at least 4 years of relevant experience, or an M.S. degree with a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, product marketing, or campaign management, preferably within the life sciences or biotechnology industry.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, Google Analytics, or Adobe Analytics.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Strong writing and copy-editing skills.
  • Deep interest in measuring and optimizing campaign effectiveness.
  • Knowledge of SEM, SEO, SMM, email marketing, and content marketing strategies.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Goal-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
