  • Email Performance Optimization: Design and implement A/B testing strategies to optimize email performance.
  • Email Analytics: Analyze campaign performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with email marketing best practices, industry trends, and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with design and content writing teams to create visually appealing and effective emails.

Requirements
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in email marketing, with knowledge of patient/dental communications.
  • Track Record: Proven track record of developing and executing successful email campaigns with measurable results.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
  • Email Marketing Platforms: Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact).
  • Patient Communication Platforms: Experience with patient communication platforms (e.g., Revenuewell, NexHealth, Weave, etc).
  • Writing and Editing Skills: Excellent writing and copy editing skills with the ability to create engaging and persuasive email content.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements (HIPAA, CAN-SPAM).
  • Design and Data Visualization: Experience using design tools and developing digital content. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, Tableau).
  • UTMs and GA4: Knowledge of UTMs and GA4.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Agency Experience: Experience working in a full-service digital marketing agency.
  • Certifications: Certifications in email marketing or digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
  • Healthcare Marketing: Knowledge of healthcare marketing and patient engagement strategies.
