POSITION OVERVIEW

BIORAY is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Support Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for A Customer Support & Product Specialist is responsible for addressing customer inquiries and issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction by providing timely and accurate solutions. They also act as a liaison between customers and the product development team, relaying feedback to drive improvement. Additionally, they stay well-informed about the product's features and updates to effectively assist customers and support product training initiatives.


For the right individual, this role offers strong growth potential within the organization. This is a full-time (M-F), hourly position that resides in BIORAY’S corporate headquarters in Irvine, CA (not a remote or hybrid role). The base annual range for this role is between $52K and $58K depending on experience, skill sets, and capabilities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


Customer Support:

  • Create genuine and professional connections for customer interactions by being highly focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences that are informative, compassionate, and personalized.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information about our products, services, and policies.
  • Proactively anticipate customer’s needs and provide solutions.
  • Educate customers on our products and the correct usage.
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Direct and escalate requests and unresolved issues to the appropriate department and manager.
  • Collaborate with other teams to address complex customer queries, feedback, and product improvement suggestions.        
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our products and services.
  • Stay updated on product features, updates, and improvements.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for common customer issues and solutions.
  • Develop user guides and tutorials to assist customers in using our products effectively.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.


QUALIFICATIONS

·        2+ years of customer support experience or a related field.

·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Excellent problem-solving abilities.

·        ZOHO and Shopify experience a plus.

·        Technical aptitude and the ability to learn and understand complex products.

·        Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

·        Familiarity with Bioray products is a plus.


COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Base hourly rate is between $25/hr and $28/hr (position based in Irvine, CA)
